EASY SMART has a fixed driving cam and is ideal for simple assembly operations. It’s quick to design and install, and a smart solution ensuring low operating noise. It performs conventional pressing for oil caps, sport caps and push pull closures, up to 3 components. EASY SMART is able to perform operations of pressing, folding and leak testing.

CONTINUOUS HIGH-SPEED ASSEMBLY FOR COMPLEX CAPS & CLOSURE

Standard assembly platform, based on space saving design and ideal for the assembly of large quantities of complex , market ready products up to 80,000 pcs/h. CONTINUA accomplishes complex assemblies of up to five components, handling pressing, oriented pressing and screwing operations. Table unit is designed to enable full flexibility of the system configuration , facilitate maintenance and service operations and is suitable for subsequent upgrading. Its turrets can be of different types e.g. on e for pressing and one for screwing - and also can include a broad selection of operations such as insertion, cutting, rolling, leak testing and camera systems for quality inspection.
