ADVANCED MODULARITY
X-PEN is based on a Linear Magnetic Transport System (LMTS) which allows flexibility, modularity, and speed. The multicarrier system is recognised as a core technology for its applications, as this smart transport system optimises machine configurations with simplified mechanics and an integrated electrical cabinet.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY
Latest technologies whilst achieving robustness and reliability, with labelling as a standard machine function. Electrical pick & place modules reduce air consumption and are controlled via our PLC. Labels are fed from a reel and presented ready for wrapping. After transfer with pick & place, labels are precisely wrapped around the device.

ADVANCED QUALITY
Using both mechanical sensors and vision systems, with inspection speeds of <80ms, the pen or autoinjector is checked for critical assembly features and dimensions. The vision system is triggered directly by the Linear Magnetic Transport System (LMTS), ensuring accurate device positioning throughout the inspection.

ADVANCED EFFICIENCY
All key processes can be integrated, such as cartridge/PFS vision inspection, priming, press force system, labelling, functional testing, 2D matrix code printing and inspection, on-the-fly vision. With processes being the heart of repeatable and robust assemblies, many are standard, others are optional.

Easy-to-use HMI with friendly at-your-fingertips information supports operator and engineer efficiency. MTTC (Mean Time to Correct) is minimal with our 2D & 3D images and descriptions in any language. Features SENTINEL, the platform to access all data-driven services for production.
