IMA Sentinel evolves with the new glass morphism style

IMA Sentinel, the IMA solution (powered by Artificial Intelligence) for remote monitoring of production equipment, now features a completely redesigned interface based on glass morphism principles to ensure a faster, clearer, and more intuitive experience.
The new update introduces a modern look, more efficient navigation, and advanced features designed to improve control, visibility, and productivity on machines and production lines.

The platform adopts a UI inspired by the latest design standards, with cleaner layouts, improved readability, reduced cognitive load, and an even more visual representation of key data.

A new Machine Detail page

The machine detail page has been redesigned to provide faster and more complete analysis, thanks to:
• interactive charts
• clearer KPI visualization
• hourly trends for product and rejects
• State Log with machine states
• last 3 alarms always visible
• machine times aligned with EN 415-11 standards

Always-visible Action Bar

The new action bar enables quick access to filters, views, and main functions at any time, requiring fewer clicks and offering faster operations.

Machine Alias: more clarity, fewer errors

Users can assign custom machine names according to company standards.
Each user can choose whether to display the Alias or the Serial Number, improving recognizability and reducing the chance of errors.

A new dual-view landing page

Users can instantly switch between two modes:

• Line View

Overview of production with OEE/OLE, flows, line layout, and machine states.

• Machine View

• Cross-line machine list with real‑time KPIs
• Each user can set their own default view

Improved historical navigation and shift configuration

The sections dedicated to historical data and shift configuration are now faster, more consistent, and more intuitive, thanks to an even more visual approach.

Updated design across main sections

The Physical, Machine Performance, and analytical dashboard pages now adopt a more modern and harmonized design for a unified and intuitive user experience.

Integrated interactive Tour Guides

Every page includes new dynamic Tour Guides to make it easier to explore and immediately understand the newly introduced features.

Good to know

• Some specific pages (e.g., Motors, Filler, Lyo) retain elements from the previous UI and will be updated in dedicated projects.
• The new complete manual is available on the platform.
