The system design on a digital platform can become a valid ally in the realization of complex industrial systems thanks to numerous advantages. The real potential of virtual commissioning lies in recreating a digital model (or digital twin) which, connected to the controller and sensors, allows the system to be digitally reproduced to bring out design errors and improvements to be implemented.

IMA Virtualization is the service that allows you to create live line simulations. The software fielded gives life to a line modeling aimed at measuring its efficiency, through the generation of flows and random problems.

The service allows to:

  • Reproduce discrete event simulations and real machine operation.
  • Define layouts.
  • Dimension the buffers and the speeds of the machines to respect the performances.
  • To carry out preventive analysis of the line performance.
  • Define how many operators will be necessary on the line to manage it.
