Printing Heads

Custom platforms for automated print-head assembly from low to high volume. IMA AUTOMATION solutions are able to handle several type of critical processes, such as adhesive dispensing, active alignment, microcuring, flex handling, flushing with filtered and compressed air, filter staking and swaging, leak testing, electrical testing, bubble pressure testing, vision inspection, laser marking.

Sensors

The field of sensors is well represented in our activities which include all types of services such as consulting, feasibility studies and prototypes as well as machines for assembly, measuring and testing, handling and many others. IMA AUTOMATION competences cover many areas as inductive sensors, optical sensors, medical sensors, MEMS & PCB handling as well as inspection of parts and subassemblies.

Several high volume assembly lines delivered over the years for single color cartridges or three colors cartridges. IMA AUTOMATION solutions are able to handle all main critical processes such as filter load, heat stake, foams insertion, ultrasonic/laser welding, leak testing, ink distribution, vision inspection and laser marking.
